Meditation Practice
Our key purpose to help people to experience true happiness and harmony in themselves and in life through meditation practice. The foundation focuses on the practice of mindfulness (The Four Foundations of Mindfulness) and loving kindness.
The Foundations conduct the Vippassana Mediation courses for government, state enterprise and private sectors, including the courses for children from preschool to university level, hill tribe children and prisoners. We also conduct the Meditation Course for Parliament officers at King Prajadhipok's Institute; an independent, academic, public organisation under the supervision of Thailand's National Assembly, Bank of Thailand (BOT) and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) Mae Moh Power Plant and Royal Police Academy.
Public Services
The foundation focuses not only in Dhamma practices, but also provides public services and aim to help improve the community by providing scholarships to high performing students who are in poverty and support education programs for monks, novices, nuns, and other practitioners. We also support treatments for those who have illnesses. The foundation intend to increase the community’s overall wellbeing by distributing survival bags with necessities, donating drinking water and renovating homes for those who are in need and/or facing with adversity or disasters.
Free Dental Clinic
Siriwattgo Dental Clinic is a free-of-charge dental clinic project for monks, nuns and practitioners. The clinic has served many local and foreign monks, who have come to study at the Sangha University. The foundation also arranges a free transfer service to ease traveling for these monks. The response for this project is very favorable.
Free Acupuncture Treatment
Through the sacrifice of kindhearted doctors, the foundation provides free acupunture treatments for monks, nuns, other practitioners, and people in the nearby community who are suffering from physical pain and injury by professional acupuncture doctors. The treatment is very popular and recognized amongst the community members as the outcome is very satisfying.
